Ms. Littmann is a leading expert in development and implementation of commercialization strategies for innovative medical technologies, with over 20 years of experience in health care and public policy, 15 of those years in reimbursement consulting. In her current Client Services position, she is responsible for leading business development initiatives, effecting client satisfaction and project reviews to optimize service delivery, as well as monitoring the evolving health care compliance environment.

In addition, as Vice President of Reimbursement Policy and Government Affairs / Market Access, Ms. Littmann helps manufacturers, providers, and patients navigate the changing healthcare system for access to medical innovation by executing on coverage and payment strategies with payers and coding authorities, as well as designing programs for clinical trial coverage and reimbursement, efficient coding and billing hotlines, and effective appeals programs or patient assistance programs.

Ms. Littmann has also worked across various diagnostic and therapeutic areas, including molecular pathology, ophthalmology, oncology, cardiology/cardiac surgery, and spine/orthopedics. From the time CMS implemented unique payment pathways for new technologies, she has been at the forefront of securing carve-out payment for her clients’ technologies under Medicare. She has well-established relationships with payer decision-makers at coverage and payment policy levels, as well as in-depth technical and procedural knowledge of the AMA and CMS processes to secure CPT, ICD-9/10, and HCPCS codes for these technologies.
