Andrew Layton is a senior information technology professional with over 20 years experience designing, developing, and supporting information technology. Andrew brings a diverse technology background to Quorum Consulting. He has expertise in the following:

Some of Mr. Layton’s recent work has focused on the design and development of data solutions for use in:
* Analysis of CMS data including MedPAR, OPPS, and 5% Standard Analytical Files (SAFs) data
* Analysis of survey-based data including HCUP and NCHS databases: NAMCS, NHAMCS, and NHDS
* Payer policy and reimbursement support applications
* Health economics and outcomes research
* Quality-of-life research
* Provider profitability analyses
Mr. Layton comes to Quorum Consulting after successfully running his own information technology consulting company for over 5 years. His major clients included Bank of America, Corp.; Genentech, Inc.; and LSI Logic, Corp. Prior to running his own company, he worked as a Project Engineer at Webhire, Inc., the innovator and leader in resume processing software.
