Calendar
- Holidays – Eight paid holidays are offered per year.
- Annual 136 hours of paid time off (PTO)
Employees accrue additional PTO based on their tenure with the company. After two full calendar years of service, employees accrue an additional 24 hours (3 days) of PTO each year beginning the January 1st following their anniversary date of hire.

Health
Medical PlansEmployees and their spouses, children, domestic partners, and domestic partners’ children are all eligible for coverage under Quorum’s medical plan.

MetLife Preferred Dental Plan - Employees may use any dentist they choose or receive discounted services for using an in-network dentist.
Vision PlanVision Service Plan (VSP) - 100 percent coverage for annual eye exams and lenses when accessed through network providers.
Life Insurance Plans- Life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance – Each employee is covered for Basic Life and AD&D insurance equal to $50,000. No medical examination or health history disclosure is required for timely applicants.
- Long-term disability insurance – Quorum provides partial income replacement benefits for a disability resulting from injury or illness sustained on or off the jobs, following 90 days of disability.
Tuition Assistance Program – reimburses 100% of costs, up to $5,000 a year, for tuition, books, and lab fees for courses related to an employee’s career, after one year of service.
Finance
- 401(k) plan – Quorum supports employee’s efforts to plan for their futures by providing a 401(k) program. Employees may defer pay, subject to IRS restrictions. 401(k) accounts are accessible online at schwab.com, where employees can tap into a wide variety of investment options.
- Profit Sharing Plan – Employees share in the company’s success. At its discretion, the company allocates a percentage of an employee’s total compensation into a profit-sharing account, tied to a vesting schedule according to employee tenure.
- Employee Referral Program – Good people know other good people. Quorum encourages employees to recommend candidates for job opportunities and will award monetary bonuses if their referral accepts a position and remains employees for at least 12 months.
- Commuter Check Program – Quorum participates in the Bay Area’s Commuter Check program, allowing employees to buy transit tickets with pre-tax dollars.
